Hi, I'm Tirzah

My name is Tirzah, I am originally from Vancouver, B.C. Canada, but now reside in Saskatoon, SK. I am a mother of two teenagers and recently married the love of my life.

I am a Breast Cancer survivor and in my spare time am a Breast Cancer advocate for women all around the world.

I've always been captivated by the art of beauty, glam, swimsuit, and boudoir photography. Having modelled with a diverse range of photographers, I understand firsthand the thrill and empowerment that come with seeing your images for the first time. The confidence and sense of empowerment that accompany those moments are truly indescribable. My passion is to share this transformative experience with other women, helping you embrace and celebrate your strength, beauty, and individuality. I’m here to make you feel amazing about yourself and showcase the powerful, beautiful person you are.

I’ve had the privilege of mentoring under Amanda Zaki of AZ Photography, an accomplished wedding photographer whose work has been featured in numerous magazines and who has captured over 100 weddings. This experience has shaped my approach to creating emotive, authentic images that truly resonate.

My Family

Tirzah married her love, Ricky in Cabo in 2024. Her two children, Vayda and Mason stood by their side as they said their vows to each other in front of family and close friends.

A Bride

As a newly married bride herself, Tirzah has an even more understanding, love and passion for capturing these special moments.

Giving Back

After beating Breast Cancer, Tirzah made it her mission to start an awareness photoshoot campaign that features breast cancer warriors in Saskatchewan every year.

Survivor

In 2022 Tirzah was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She underwent chemotherapy and had a double mastectomy. In her spare time she is an advocate for other survivors.

I understand that being in front of the camera can feel awkward and even a bit intimidating. I’ve been there myself, wondering how the final images will turn out and feeling those moments of uncertainty. That’s why I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for you. Trusting a photographer is a vulnerable experience, and I’m committed to making it an enjoyable one. As we go through your session, I’ll share previews of your images to ensure we’re capturing exactly what you envision—giving you confidence in every shot.

My Goals as Your Photographer:
From the very first consultation, I’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life. I’ll provide expert guidance on poses, lighting, and outfit choices, so you’ll never feel unsure of what to do. Whether you have a Pinterest board full of inspiration or just a vague idea, we’ll collaborate to craft images that reflect your personality and style. My goal is to highlight your best features while staying true to your natural beauty. By the end of our session, I want you to leave feeling confident, empowered, and overjoyed with the experience—plus, we’ll share plenty of laughs along the way!

C95 Breast Cancer Radio Marathon Photographer

Tirzah May Photography was honoured to serve as the official photographer for the 2023 & 2024 C95 Radio Marathon for Breast Cancer. As a survivor and passionate advocate, Tirzah shared her inspiring journey on-air, connecting with the community and spreading hope. Throughout the day, she worked alongside the incredible C95 team, capturing the heartfelt moments and meaningful stories that made this fundraising event so impactful.

Breast Cancer Awareness Photoshoot

Early detection is vital in the fight against breast cancer, as it saves countless lives. With one in eight women facing a breast cancer diagnosis, Tirzah remains deeply committed to raising awareness and using her photography as a meaningful tool in this mission. She offers personalized photo sessions for breast cancer survivors—whether before or after a mastectomy, creating a safe and empowering space to honour their resilience and beauty.

Each year, Tirzah selects a group of courageous warriors from Saskatchewan to participate in an inspiring awareness photoshoot. If you’re interested in joining, we invite you to share your story and a current photo. Together, we can celebrate strength, embrace self-love, and support our Pink Sisters on their journey.
